FOUNDER, PARTNER
Melanie Meeks, CPSM
Melanie has 18 years of experience in the A/E/C industry, specializing in the development of marketing strategy, client development, project pursuits, and public relations. She graduated from Texas A&M University, is a Certified Professional Services Marketer, and recently served as President of SMPS Houston. She was previously the Director of Client Development at Kirksey Architecture in Houston, and launched Meeks Marketing in 2013. Melanie enjoys working side by side with clients, helping them win work and achieve their marketing goals. A wife and mom of three, she can often be found running carpool to baseball and play practices, or relaxing with a good book.

Allie Horne, CPSM
Allie has 15 years of experience writing both firm-published and third-party published articles and marketing pieces. Prior to joining Meeks Marketing, Allie was the Communications Manager at Kirksey Architecture where she developed both electronic and print media and more than tripled the firm’s press mentions during her tenure. Additionally, Allie has written over 75 published articles for Bisnow Commercial Real Estate News in markets nationally, and served as the technical editor for a Fortune 300 company. A proud University of Texas graduate, Allie resides in Austin and can often be found hiking and convincing her children she has superpowers.

Leah Millius
Leah has 20 years of marketing experience, specializing in social media management and content development. Leah is a strategic thinker recognized for her problem-solving abilities and leveraging each client’s voice. Leah’s attention to detail and passion for communicating each client’s vision is evident through her work. Leah graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelors of Business Administration and resides in Austin with her husband and two children. In her spare time Leah loves to cook with her daughter, play baseball with her son and enjoy the outdoors.

Marisa Jarmon
Marisa has 12 years of marketing experience, specializing in graphic design, proposal development, marketing collateral, and event management. She previously worked for an Austin-based construction company for 11 years. Marisa graduated from Texas State University with a BA in English with a professional writing emphasis. Marisa is actively involved with SMPS Austin including serving on the board for five years. She and her husband along with their spunky daughter reside in San Marcos. In her spare time, Marisa loves to travel, read, cook, and plan themed parties for friends and family.

Erin Bettison Rapp, CPSM
Erin brings 15 years of marketing experience to Meeks Marketing and is passionate about partnering with firms to assess and optimize their marketing efforts by developing tailored, results-driven solutions. She specializes in proposal development, communications, and marketing collateral. Prior to joining Meeks Marketing, Erin provided marketing services for architectural and construction firms. Erin has been a part of SMPS Austin for 13 years, including serving on the board for four years and President from 2019-2020. Erin is a graduate of the University of Houston Clear Lake with a degree in Communications. She enjoys fitting in a quick run around Austin's Town Lake when she's not chasing her toddler, husband or French Bulldog around.

Aidyn Glenn
Aidyn brings more than 6 years of experience to the team and specializes in proposal management, graphic design, creating marketing collateral, social media management and content creation. Prior to joining Meeks Marketing, Aidyn served as the Marketing Manager for large and small general contracting firms in central Texas. Aidyn's competitive, positive and results-oriented attitude is an asset to clients and elevates her work. When she’s not working, you can find Aidyn outdoors, spending quality time with her lively, playful, and outgoing three-year-old daughter and her husband, who is a professional chef.
